How long will it take to design your own jewellery?
It can vary from two days to two weeks however this depends on how delicate a chosen design is and also whether there are special stones required.

Do you fix broken jewellery?
We can fix a majority of broken jewellery but if the product has lost its original shape then we can redesign the product. General link breaks, broken chains and stone replacements are quickly fixed within a few hours.

Do you refund goods?
We have a 14 day return policy where if the product is unused and a receipt is available we can offer a refund or an exchange.

Can I exchange used jewellery for your new designs?
Yes we offer the exchange service where your old jewellery is tested accurately and competitively priced against the new chosen designs.
